Customer Experience Committee Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to Customer Experience Board including organizing meetings, handling the calendar, researching issues, tracking action item completion, and managing other administrative requirements as required.
Process largely routine documents in accordance with established standards and checks for completeness and/or serious errors to ensure consistency.
Assist the head of Customer Experience and Knowledge to undergo several administrative activities in order to improve operational capability and knowledge.
Prepare and produce standard letters/documents to ensure that all functional queries are answered and dealt with.
Contact customer, supplier, or employee outside the immediate work area to exchange information as requested and according to specific directions.
Collect and summarize statistics and information from identified sources as required to be used by Customer Experience Board.
Act as Secretary to Customer Experience Board and write and edit minutes, draft and/or type reports and correspondences in order to ensure consistency and standardization of formats.
Maintain contacts with internal functions by following up on ad-hoc activities to ensure the successful completion of all required tasks.- Arrange meetings and coordinate schedules of the immediate manager to the concerned parties/functions.
