Summary:
The job holder will provide a comprehensive Human Resources service to the Food and Beverage Division of Alghanim Industries in Kuwait. Under the guidance of the HR Manager, you will provide pro-active support on a full range of Human Resources topics, working in partnership with operations team to advise & support them with managing their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with various brand managers, assisting them to understand and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Developing job descriptions and people specifications, preparing job adverts, checking CV’s, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Managing new employee’s on-boarding and induction processes.
- Updating and maintaining HR records on SAP
