Overview:
The HR Associate within the Automotive team will have broad generalist HR and Administration responsibilities, payroll, recruitment, supporting training programs and succession planning; contributing to overall employee engagement activities within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment activities including requisitions, interviews etc. focusing on achieving Kuwaitization and female gender diversity targets.
- Manage and maintain employee data with the highest level of integrity.
- Preparation of HR related documentation and authorizations.
- Development and maintenance of job descriptions and organisational design structures.
- Execute the annual non-managerial performance management process.
- Completion of centralized HR processes including 360, engagement and performance management objectives.
- Maintaining, reporting and analyzing HR data.
- Day to day HR generalist activities, maintaining a pro-active HR service ensuring HR processes are followed.
