1. Plan work schedules and timetables to implement an effective Physical Medicine Specialists, Therapists both (Physio & Occupational) referral call plan
2. Build effective business relationships with health care & other referrals in Physical Medicine / Therapy domain, influencers and customers
3. Prospect for new business; must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
4. Develop strategies to approach potential referrals in the Physical Medicine / Therapy domain and increase recommendations for our brands & thereby sales
5. Cold calling both Health Care and other professionals to promote products or set up appointments
6. Should be able to participate effectively in Assessment, trial of the best suitable configuration of wheel chair for the condition and conduct professional demonstrations of the same
7. Develop, Present educational programs and Organize group events and Conferences for Clinical Professionals in Physical Medicine and therapy domain and other referrals
8. Keeping informed about the activities of Referral professionals and organizations in the market place keeping current with the competition's products, service offerings and activity; display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.
a) Bachelor's degree, preferably in Physio Therapy, Nursing, Bio Technology, Medical Engineering; in some cases a health care background such as Medical or Occupational Therapy will be suitable
b) Comprehensive understanding of health sciences like epidemiology, biotechnology, disability therapy or treatment
c) 3 - 4 years of experience in the Customized Wheel Chair and industry preferably in Kuwait or Gulf
