Job Purpose:
• To fulfill the operational requirements of a GIRI Branch in Kuwait to achieve their goals by completing branch functions in an accurate, efficient and professional manner.
• To uphold the company’s ethics, operating policies and conform with the department work instructions.
Primary Duties Performed:
• Checks on applicants of insurance policies to see if they are high risk or not.
• Ensures that policy transactions are issued and changes are recorded accurately and in a timely manner by rating and/or entering transactions, such as quotes, new business, endorsements, cancellation or renewals.
• Screens transactions to determine proper processing.
• Provides timely and professional customer service to agents to facilitate the processing of business.
• Communicates with agents or surveyors, as needed, to obtain information needed to complete screening and transactions.
• Contributes to effective marketing of the company products by answering questions, resolves problems on topics such as policy status, billing, etc. and explaining new or revised products or processes.
• Answers phones and explains to individual clients about GIRI’s conditions and rates.
• Prepares correspondence with clients and other parties, as required.
• Liaises with clients and delivers their quotations and policies.
• Provides a superior Customer Service at all times.
• Prepares monthly reports.
• Assists in any other manner as required by the line manager.
