Social Media Specialist with background of digital marketing and knows the basics of Google ad words, Facebook business, analytics, online branding, ROI and conversions.
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, month-to-month calendar messaging, and audience identification
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
• Ensure coordination of all social media activities, and that customer review and comment responses are made within designated response times and are in accordance with each social media channel's engagement plan.
• File all complaints and refer them to relevant parties, monitor progress, and update customers.
• Building a strong presence on social media channels for each client, making the most of SEO tricks.
• Oversee the corporation’s marketing efforts through all forms of communication, ensuring a consistent, focused tone and message.
• Monitor, revise and report on entire marketing activities.
