JOB SUMMARY:
A marketing and communications professional Lady who will plan, executive, and follow-up with all our premium beauty brand (PRISMOLOGIE)'s all the regional marketing activities, and help enhance the brands' exposure at the appropriate events and venues and assist the retail division in enhancing sales through various marketing activities.
JOB PROFILE:
• Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies, objectives and plans.
• Develops, plans, negotiates and supervises implementation of media contracts in coordination with upper management.
• Coordinates with the retail manager in creating variant analysis for retail operations, forecast, monthly and quarterly expenses and capital allocation.
• Oversees the production of advertising, marketing brochures, sales kits or other promotional material.
• Find new ways to eliminate marketing efforts to increase profitability.
• Respond to inquiries from the media, and arrange for coverage and interviews with journalists, prepare and distribute news releases and make statements to the media.
• Follow-up with PR and Marketing agencies and review and negotiate all set plans before recommending them to managements’ approval
• Write, edit and arrange production of newsletters, in-house magazines, brochure and flyers.
• Works with designers on layouts and helps prepare sales and marketing programs.
• Advise management on communication issues and strategies.
• Provides marketing recommendations to increase the brands exposure online and offline.
• Plan and coordinate special events to enhance the brands image and exposure and improve sales.
• Carries out any other assignment that the company will find appropriate with regard to the job.
• Coordinate all exhibition & promotion activities with retail manager, including proper use of in-store signs advertising and promotion materials.
• Forecast the yearly media and marketing plan.
• Act as a brand representative in related events.
• Stay up-to-date with the beauty and cosmetics industry.
