* General Description:
Determine the company liability for motor accidents, follow up the brining of first instance and final verdicts in favor of the company, coordinate with the financial department, legal affairs and follow up their execution as per the approved authorities.
*Duties and liabilities:
- Supervise the compensations, assessment of compensation value, settlement of claims, referral of death claims and physical injuries to the legal affairs, follow up their settlement in the event no agreement is reached with the subscriber.
- Making monthly reports and statistics.
- Ensure the implementation of decrees, terms and conditions of the policy, compliance with the approved authorities, fulfillment of all the required documents to settle claims.
- Control the inspectors, follow up the garages, audit spare parts prices, follow up the sale of scrape cars.
