Our innovative Company is looking for a dynamic person to join the firm’s Property Development group as an Architectural Project Manager. The position entails overseeing architectural projects from conception right down through construction and completion of the project, making sure that quality, schedule, contractual, and budget goals are met.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement creative concepts of architectural layout
- Responsible for selecting and coordinating companies and/or engineers for non-Architectural drawings (ex: Structural, MEP, Governmental).
- Develop, organize, coordinate and review building plans
- Determine and schedule different stages of the building process
- Cost estimate based on equipment, materials and labor requirements.
- Responsible for organizing construction documents, finished plans, specifications, and management approval of materials and construction.
- Preparing construction contracts for general contractors
- Responsible for procuring construction bids, recruiting and selecting contractors and mediating construction contracts.
- Must ensure that construction projects meet environmental, safety, structural, zoning and aesthetic standards
- Monitor construction site progress and ascertain whether phases of the construction process are in compliance with building plans and project deadlines
