-Plan work schedules and timetables to implement an effective referral call plan
-Build effective business relationships with health care & other referrals, influencers and customers
-Prospect for new business; must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
-Develop strategies to approach potential referrals and increase recommendations for our brands & thereby sales
-Cold calling both Health Care and other professionals to promote products or set up appointments
-Keeping current with clinical data & other user data about different Company products and presenting this data to health care and other professionals; Distribute information, Detailing of HME Products to health care and other professionals and demonstrate product use;
-Answer Clinical and Other Questions from health care and other referral professionals; Organize and Execute sales presentations
-Develop, Present educational programs and Organize group events like CMEs and Conferences for health care professionals and other referrals
-Maintain detailed records of all contacts and meetings and creating daily reports and other documents/reports when needed
-Keeping informed about the activities of Referral professionals and organizations in the market place keeping current with the competition's products, service offerings and activity; display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers
-Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all company support departments
-Record sales and order information and report the same to the Category Manager and Sales Department
