• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters etc.
• Manage creative request process ensuring that the creative is authentic and as per brand guide lines.
• Work with suppliers on production of various branding material, from getting quotations to final delivery of the material.
• To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
• Work with department heads or staff to discuss topics such as budgets and contracts, marketing plans, and the selection of advertising media.
• Plan advertising, promotional campaign and event management.
• Plan advertising, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online media.
• Negotiate advertising contracts.
• Evaluate the look and feel of websites used in campaigns or layouts, which are sketches or plans for an advertisement.
• Assist in Annual Budget.
• Ensure that the company is well positioned as a brand in the market, reaching the right audience to optimize market share. Responsible for all external communications campaigns, creative content & materials, Brand development, Event Planning & Management and PR.
• Create and prepare email marketing campaigns.
• Export database and targets for email campaigns using Qlikview and Omniture.
• Create monthly mailing reports.
• Create and revise Arabic content and its strategy for all marketing campaigns, both offline and online.
• Coordinate with sales team, and arrange weekly promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate and support SEO specialist in the content creation.
• Create and update SEO text templates using SEO tools.
