The company manage a collection of independent high end and casual award-winning concepts in Kuwait.
Job Description:
As the Country Manager you must have the following:
- Directly involved in Restaurant Operations, most recently in multi-unit management involved with a variety of brands/cuisines.- The ideal candidate should be truly passionate about the industry as well as having thorough in-depth knowledge of the market.- From this knowledge being able to strive towards clarity, solutions and strategic decision making.
Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Country Manager)
- You must have had experience working with a standalone restaurant group, with multiple brands.- Ability to drive brand awareness and influence the market.- You would be responsible for operating the current brands and developing the future brands.- Be completely strategy focused and look at ways in which to develop the business.- We would require a minimum of around 10 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry.- Young, bright and full of great ideas with the ability to execute them with precision.- You must have an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.- Experience directly involved in Restaurant Operations, most recently in multi-unit management involved with a variety of quality brands and international cuisines.- Experience opening units in Kuwait and across the GCC is paramount.- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, flexibility and ability to multi-task within a fast-moving environment.- International experience is a must and we will not be accepting applications from people with Hotel backgrounds.- Ideally, we are looking for someone available immediately
