SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Planner position is a key role within our strategic plan for Supply Chain management. Excellent organizational skills, ability to balance short term priorities and exceptional information analysis skills are a necessity. Key objectives will be achieving/improving/exceeding targeted customer service levels, managing inventory levels and targets, and managing supply and demand within the Global supply chain.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
Forecasting on Monthly basis on SKU level and align forecast with the sales & operations forecast and the financial forecast.Prepare the purchasing budget on monthly basis on category level
Ensure that all forecast and replenishment parameters are correct in system Prepare, monitor and control the replenishment proceed based on inventory control models and inventory techniques
Calculate Safety stock on monthly basis.
Maintain strong working relationships and communications with key suppliers to confirm production/shipping schedules and monitor open purchase orders to ensure on-time deliveries.
Prepare report for forecast accuracy, inventory days, Loss in profit and material availability on monthly basis Complete special projects and assignments as requested.
