- Increases segment share by adding new customers
- Understands customers’ needs, by frequent visits and meetings to the customer
Generates the inquiries based on identified customers’ needs
- Prepares quotations and promptly sends it to customer
- Contacts customers to explain, discuss and negotiate quotations in order to book the order
- Reviews contracts as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the quote and acknowledges the order
- Forwards the order to the sales coordinator for processing
- Ensures invoices and materials are delivered in a timely manner
- Follows the payment terms guidelines and payment conditions as instructed by the Finance Department
- Sends outstanding receivables statements frequently to ensure timely collection of payments
- Ensures meeting assigned financial target (Sales, GM, Booking, and DSO)
- Attends weekly and monthly department meetings well prepared
