To continue our strong growth in the market we are looking for an experienced Account management professional with a strong background in project management and/or processing know how. As a Key Account Supervisor for Food Industry you are mainly responsible for managing existing customer relations and acquiring new ones in region.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Implementing the sales strategy by acquiring new and managing existing customers in order to realize the sales objectives;
- Market analysis to acquire new prospects and their needs, followed by bringing them in as new accounts
- Maintain long-term customer-relations with key accounts and support them by giving sufficient technical support;
- Contract negotiations and ensuring that agreements are respected in time and full;
- Working closely together with different departments (Customer Service, Marketing, Production/R&D, Quality and Sales) to offer the customer the perfect solution.
- To achieve monthly set sales targets for assigned accounts.
- To work collaboratively with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply chain, Finance, logistics/Warehousing departments to ensure sales objectives are met.
- To analyze customer category & brand sales and evaluate. Promotions of assigned accounts for business opportunities to grow sales, volume and distribution.
- To monitor service level of assigned accounts and minimize loss of sales opportunities.
- To provide feedback on trade and competitors market developments to ensure company will always stay relevant with the trade customers.
- To conduct quarterly or bi-yearly business reviews with assigned accounts to improve sales performance and to further develop company business.
