Gastronomica is a leading restaurant operator of original dining concepts throughout the GCC. We operate a number of unique popular dining concepts, which include Slider Station, Cocoa Room, Burger Boutique, Open Flame Kitchen, Nomad Kitchen, Roadside Diner and BRW. Our brands are created in-house from the ground up and focus on high quality dining experiences. Our aim is to build our brand name by carving out a niche which focuses on high-quality products that are based on a Total Dining Experience principle.
We are passionate about great coffee, great eating and great dining experiences, and so we are on the lookout for talented Head Barista who will passionately educate, lead and mentor or talented baristas through our next stage of growth within Cocoa Room.
Based in Kuwait, your primary focus will be the management of coffee quality within Cocoa Room and implementing its coffee program. This will involve overseeing efficient workflow systems, equipment needs, managing coffee inventory, rolling out of new training programs, managing manuals and training programs and educating baristas about coffee offerings and products. Additionally, there are opportunities to assist with research and development of new beverages and seasonal menus.
