Ref. A. R. Albisher & Z. Alkazemi Co. has an opening for an experienced and effective candidate for the post of “Executive Sales Planning & Ordering”. The successful candidate will be responsible for Supporting the function of “Sales Planning & Ordering management” in the company.
Scope of Responsibility
Support in the daily operations & all tasks related to the Passenger Car Ordering
Daily Operational Reports
- Prepare Daily Reports On Sales, Stock & Shipment Updates
Invoice Verification:
- Verification of all invoices of related to the passenger cars ordered.
- Any discrepancies in the invoices to be communicated & followed up
Product Ordering News Updates:
- All Updates related to product ordering & Presale news to be monitored & communicated
- Corresponding action need to be taken when required.
Data Management in Autoline:
- Maintain & keep upto date all details related to the vehicles in the Autoline
- Monitor ordered non-stock vehicles/Stock vehicles & Bookings
- Create vehicle Stock book & New Baumester creations.
Vehicle Shipment Documents:
- Prepare & provide all documents related to shipment clearance
