Responsible for delivering the brand profit through managing the merchandise planning process, driving brand sales strategy and achievement of retail standards agreed with the host partner. Accountable for ensuring the brand is appropriately represented and portrayed in all operating Markets and for championing the brand effectively. Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities with the support of the operations, marketing, and VM team to ensure consistent brand growth.
Responsibilities:
Build Annual Business Plan with the Section Head and Principal to reflect brand positioning.
Responsible for pricing within the brand and margin strategy.
Develop internal and external relationships where necessary to benefit the Business.
Negotiate positioning of brand, including product ranges, development, pricing and competitiveness.
Responsible for phasing, allocation, replenishment and promotional stock needs.
Responsible for the effective management of brand workforce.
Prepare brand performance reports.
