• To deliver error free units to customers ensuring that they are completed, rechecked and ready for delivery prior to customer arrival.
• Attach the number plate to the vehicle ready for delivery after checking the vehicle documentation with the Data Entry Staff and ensure that they are fitted to the correct unit.
• Report completion of the number plates fitment task to the Data Entry Staff.
• Move completed units to delivery center spaces, when available.
• Re-check the overall vehicle condition including parts and accessories prior to customer arrival.
• Check all units ready for delivery on a daily basis in the delivery centers for correctness as per Lexus vehicle delivery standards.
• Attend to customer immediately on arrival and introduce customer to available Data Entry Staff.
• Ensure number plate, chassis and documents all match during the delivery process.
• Educate customer on vehicle specifications, confirm the customer has been advised on maintenance and warranty conditions.
• Resolve customer complaints and report them to the Manager if required.
