Job Duties
• Research and analyze data trends for strategic planning of campaigns

• Develop, execute and monitor social media campaigns for multiple accounts

• Set teamwork calendars to meet monthly milestones and deadlines

• Assist in brainstorming and constructing innovative long-term brand strategies

• Maintain effective communication with existing Leads and Team members

• Conduct Damage control effectively with team for speedy resolution

• Present strategies, progress reports and personal recommendations for account growth

• Assist in HR Process and recruitment

• Develop protocols to ensure efficient work-flow process

• Identify, communicate and negotiate with key influencers in niche industries

• Lead Conversion through consecutive meetings for efficient lead turnover

• Attend Senior Management meetings and handle required additional tasks
