Your mission:
• You will proactively review current processes and services in the FI/CO module and all relevant sub-modules, establish new processes and functions in corporation with the central SAP team, maintain standards in terms of quality and excellence, and automate processes for efficiency
• You will be our liaison between business users (end users) and the central SAP team
• You will help us to rollout SAP for the region and will be the key contact person for all questions regarding FI/CO related issues
• You will support end users by providing them end user trainings and by serving as the first point of escalation for system issues
