The Recruitment Officer will work closely with HR teams and hiring managers to ensure that vacancies managed effectively, identifying, engaging and hiring talent to improve business operations.

The job holder will:
• Manage full life-cycle recruitment activity
• Use a variety of tools to source high caliber candidates
• Record all activity within the recruitment system
• Build strong value-add relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Use people and recruiting data to inform decision making
• Manage interview and selection processes
• Prepare offer letters
• Manage on-boarding candidates

Candidate Requirements:
• Degree educated ideally in a business related subject
• Bulk Recruitment Experience gained in industries such as electronics, fashion retail and construction
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Well-developed analytical skills, able to work with data to unlock people insight and drive improvement
• Good levels of energy, passion and commitment to improve organizations through people
