Planning, development and implementation of all of the Organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal.

1.Brand Management:
• Articulate organization’s desired image and position and work towards consistently communicating the same to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Formulate strategy for the Marketing, communications and public relations activities to promote the Company's Brand within the marketplace.
• Oversees development and implementation of support materials in the area of marketing, communications and public relations.
2.Marketing Communication
• Strategize, plan and decide on various tools of marketing communication considering media and allocate budget.
• Facilitate internal and external communications; and all organization marketing, communications and public relations activities and print materials.
3.Marketing Campaigns
• Develop a marketing events calendar to maximize the use of the available temporary space, and to enhance the brand.
• Identify avenues for joint marketing campaigns with retail investors.
• Oversee, guide and advise on the agency’s art work to support business goals.
4.Marketing Research
• Conduct research and identify potential investors jointly with BD that are aligned with the brand position
• Collect market intelligence on the company and the perception of the brand in the market to plan strategies accordingly.
• Develop Crisis Management Plan
• Analyze and generate report for the management.
5.Operational:
• Analyse and choose relevant Customer Relationship Management system in coordination with other department.
• Develop and document the procedures covering the main functions of departments for process improvement
• Develop a set of departmental KPIs that can be used to monitor the performance of the department and track improvement.
Public Relations:
1. Events/CSR
• Manage and coordinate all public relations activities and company sponsorship.
2. Media - print, CONFERENCES AND Social Media
• Develop media relations strategy, campaigns, and initiatives to improve public perception of company, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
• Approve the submission of media plan along with the cost of execution.
• Report the media coverage to the management on a monthly basis.
• Advice and Guide the team on any issues concerning the agency.
• Overview and approve the messages related to the brand appearing in the public domain
• Approve the agency’s advertising ideas, plans, and campaigns together with cost of execution
• Manage media inquiries and interview requests
• Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
3. Public Relations:
• Produce annual reports on financial status of firm.
4. Operational:
• Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
• Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorship and advertising on an ongoing basis
• Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
5. Financial Management:
• Managing the department expenditures across the year.
• Follow-up with all leasing and marketing payments related issues.
