To handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls as well as clerical and administrative duties within the reception area of the Salon.
Maintain a customer log and operate the Salon phone system and take messages.
Record incoming messages on behalf of the Salon’s employees.
Receive all guests coming into the Salon and directing them to the correct location/person.
Never leave guests / customers unaccompanied while ensuring that they are comfortable and attended to while waiting in the reception area.
Conduct all reception duties in a professional manner.
Provide basic guidance and direction to all customers, guests and callers.
Keep ‘customer waiting’ times to a minimum by quickly and effectively directing callers to the correct person or party.
Perform any other related duties as required to support the management & staff and overall Salon’s strategy.
