Study and understand patient's condition and provide treatment and care according to the direction of supervisor and ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction.
Policies & Procedures
-Implement the unit’s policies and follow the set procedures, as well as; monitor the adherence of the unit’s employees to guidelines, policies and procedures in order to achieve the department’s objectives.
-Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are updated regularly for all products and services.
Physiotherapy operations
-Follow the plan of treatment decided/ recommended by Physiotherapy Department in- Charge.
-Instruct, motivate and assist patients to and improve functional activities such as perambulation, transfer, ambulation and daily living activities.
-Co-ordinate the care with the patient's family members.
-Update of patient file & records.
-Submit weekly and monthly report to the physiotherapy coordinator.
-Contribute to the development of a full-fledged Health Care Department.
-Assist the Department Manager to implement innovative mode of services in physiotherapy field.
-Prepare and submit monthly report on last working day of every month to Department Manager.
-Punctual in work, sincere, demonstrate a positive attitude and behavior; carries Physiotherapy procedure effectively and report to supervisor regarding patient needs.
-Insert in improving the knowledge regarding treatment disease condition, medications and skill in handling equipment efficiency.
-Follow management instructions, appreciable attitude and behavior, contribute to the growth of the company and respect the value of the company, well disciplined.
