ROLE OBJECTIVE
- Maintain Record of daily stock settlements, splits, dividends, transfer rights offering redemptions, receipts of new securities, distribution of securities and other miscellaneous transactions; update assets records for purchase and sales.
- Prepare the transactions needed for settlement of corporate bonds, securities, and certificates of
deposits for trust accounts and general accounts.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare daily stock settlement.
- Assist in security transactions concerning liabilities.
- Assist in completion of memo security transactions (Receipt of new securities, distribution of securities, and miscellaneous transactions.)
- Update account assets records and maintain file for mutual fund investments.
- Verify and file securities in vault.
- Prepare monthly report of purchases/securities not received.
- Prepare monthly report of securities removed or pending deposit to vault for 30 days or
longer.
- Register securities.
- Be alert for and report any potential business or potential business opportunities.
- File daily transactions.
- Prepare daily balance of corresponding company accounts used by department and give to
company’s investors.
- Record monthly or semiannual interest received on certificate of deposit and savings accounts
for trust accounts.
- Record monthly or semiannual interest on government securities, corporate bonds, and municipal bonds.
- Perform transactions needed for sale of corporate bonds, municipal bonds and government securities.
- Settle purchase or corporate bonds, municipal
bonds, certificates of deposit, banker’s acceptances, and government securities.
- Answer telephones.
- Call various banks for certificate of deposit market rates.
- Checks trading sheet and report dealer’s results to operation manager.
- Gather wire instruction for department.
- Set up bulk purchase and sale tickets.
- Redeem bonds.
- Transfer securities from on trust to another trust account.
- Arrange securities order tickets alphabetically and chronologically.
- Be alerts for and report any potential new business or potential business opportunities.
- Performs other related duties upon assignment.
