Key Responsibilities:
- Take full personal responsibility for assessing motor damaged vehicles complying with motor surveys technical procedures.
- Issuing reports/authorization approval within the allocated authority.
- Trace all possible opportunity to minimize the loss ratio.
- Evaluate the market value and estimate salvage value for total loss vehicles.
- Update progress if need it.
- Evaluating the performance of NCCI services providers in monthly basis and furnish PMU with the evaluating sheet.
- Report any suspected fraudulent claims.
