The purpose of this position is to support the after sales and marketing goals as well as various customer claims relating to products for the Retail business.
- Review all newspaper and social media networks, gather promotions relating to electronics and forward to all staff;
- Collate sales and footfall report from all showrooms and sends to Retail Coordinator for further analysis;
- On receiving the request from the workshop, prepares repair/ claim/ replacement/ return forms, secures necessary approvals and forwards back to the workshop for action;
- Overseeing promotion and warranty claims for Samsung mobiles;
- Handling issues and complaints from customers;
- Responding to all customer queries on social media networks;
- Perform ad hoc analysis as required.
