- Ensures Conducts testing on a wide variety of samples (finished product, raw materials, sampling etc.) according to testing schedule: microbiological, chemical and physical tests;
- Records all microbiological, chemical and physical analysis results for tractability and reporting purposes;
- Helps in collecting samples of incoming raw material, in-process materials and finished products;
- Prepares all tools, chemicals, media, and equipment for the analysis and ensure the maintenance of the same as per set standards;
- Calibrates and maintains all designated laboratory - related utensils and instruments;
- Establishes new analytical method and method validation in order to improve and evolve laboratory practices;
- Ensures the laboratory is well stocked in order to ensure continuity of laboratory activities;
- Maintains environment monitoring program through finger plating technique and swab analysis.
