Company Brief:
Our client is a leading multinational group seeking to recruit in their investment division a “Financial Planning Manager” for Kuwait. Position will be reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Investor Relations.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in one of four disciplines: economics, business administration, finance or accounting / MBA Accreditation by CFA is an advantage
• Minimum 4 years’ experience preferably in an investment bank and/or a Private Equity firm, experience in equity research would be an added advantage
• Must have the exposure to transactions in many areas, across different industries, regions and products
• Leverage strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients, and your internal deal teams
• Planning, structuring and executing financing transactions having advised as part of a deal team on mergers and acquisitions
• Devising and executing strategies that enable companies and institutions to capitalize on the value of their assets
• Analyzing historical financial information and building custom financial models and valuation analysis
• Preparing information memorandums, management presentations and other meeting materials
• Performing in depth industry research and business diligence to create value for current businesses
• Training and managing junior resources (analyst and interns)
• Monitoring and coordinating transaction, with increasing accountability for keeping projects on schedule
• Prepares financial reports by collecting and analyzing necessary data
• Prepares periodic Financial forecast, analysis and credit analysis
• Develops financial models and analysis to support and provide accurate and timely updates
• Performs Financial due diligence related to Mergers and Acquisition
• Handles Portfolio Management and provides significant reports and Analysis
• Collaborates with various sections to support overall departments goals and objectives
