Our owner and accomplished entrepreneur is seeking a talented Executive Assistant to support him with administrative and organizational functions in his business and day to day activities. We are seeking an Executive Assistant who is intellectually curious, intuitive, and highly professional with the highest ethical standards.
In this capacity, the Executive Assistant will:
- Handle a heavy calendar management, which includes scheduling meetings and proactively adjusting potential conflicts;
- Coordinate travel arrangements (both domestic and international);
- Act as liaison between the business and multiple
individuals, both internal and external;
- Prepare and coordinate all communication, internal and external;
- Organize and set-up meetings, conference calls and presentations;
