Will support the day to day Dynamic CRM Application activities and contribute with end user training sessions, regular monitoring of CRM integration process with Core Banking Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To monitor and document CRM daily integration with BB remote application (BANKS, Power Card).
2. Coordinate with IT department to insure the efficiency of CRM application.
3. Handle day to day CRM user queries and provide required support to CRM end users.
4. Handle all customers’ inquires through CRM (Email activity) and insure responding with timely manner.
5. Monitor CRM sales opportunities created and coordinate with sales team to maximize the potential sales.
6. Contribute with CRM application UAT whenever
applicable.
7. Maintain proper logs of CRM activities and present it in friendly report / presentation.
8. Support CRM Manager with the implementation and execution of new CRM application initiative and application development.
9. Prepare CRM Marketing campaigns. And manage sending EShot through CRM application.
10. Performs other duties in line with scope of work and instructed by direct manager.
