A well reputed educational institution is requiring Electrical, Mechanical, Power, Industrial, Communication, Computer science and Chemical Engineers in Kuwait.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Instructs students utilizing knowledge of the discipline and teaching practice that facilitates student learning in transfer engineering classes.
• May include instruction in engineering related courses in other associate degree programs.
• Prepares course outlines and syllabi; selects textbooks; and remains current in the subject matter
• Maintains contact with professional organizations, industry.
• Meets all scheduled classes and/or appointments as assigned; may include evenings and weekends.
• Posts and maintains office hours; maintains records of grades and attendance; evaluates student's work.
• Understands and integrates available instructional technology into the curriculum and classroom presentations.
• Participates in curriculum development, improvement, and revision.
• Works collaboratively with other staff members and assists in the successful operation of the program.
• Participates in professional developmental activities.
• Advises students in academic program requirements; assists with registration and advising procedures.
• Participates as an active and effective member of the college.
• Understands, develops, and provides a learning environment that supports and incorporates sensitivity to diversity in the classroom and the workplace.
• Uses appropriate technology tools to accomplish job functions; understands and utilizes available technology as communication and data gathering tools.
• Functions as a life-long learner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Applies the college's values for teaching and learning.
