With Gastronomica’s expansion into the GCC, we are now requiring a talented Recruitment Assistant to join our team based in Kuwait. This is a great opportunity for you to grow and build your recruitment skills.
Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the operation of open recruitment days.
- Identifying suitable candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Conducting telephone screening and face to face interviews.
- Liaising with hiring managers.
- Supporting the recruitment manager with administration tasks.
- Candidate liaison from initial contact through to arrival in country.
- Contract generation.
- Assisting with the day to day operations of recruitment.
- Assisting in the recruitment of bulk recruitment process.
