POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for assistance in efficient functioning of Direct Investment Department which at times includes supervision and control of activities. Developing strategies and implementation, identify potential targets and negotiate deals, analyse different investment opportunities, develop strategies and improve performance.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND CORE COMPETENCIES
POSITION RESPONSIBILITY
To aid in the reporting of monthly/quarterly investment performance figures.
Helping to facilitate the delivery of the Client Value Management process into all stake holders.
Deputizing in setting direct investment objectives.
To assist with audit process in order to deliver key business KPI’s
To work closely with our agencies and clients on pitches as required.
Create a link between different teams to understand the direction of the planning, working in tandem to find commercially suitable solutions.
To be proactive within the short term market and coordinate any short term opportunities.
Present market updates/ investment opportunities.
Develop and enhance strategic media vendor relationship within areas of responsibility.
Keep an update on investment news and developments.
To manage the performance of direct reports and to provide regular feed back.
To Provide direction for other members of the team when required.
Assist in marketing product and services of the investors in order to promote and enhance the image and market presence.
Assisting in setting of annual budget that ensures long term profitability.
