CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and accurately identify projected costing of projects and deliverable's as part of the quotation process covering projects’ life cycle.
- Develop and ensure that all tendering documents include sufficient information pertaining to price balance (financial standing) and quality (time, experience, capability, and competence).
- Ensure that all related documents abide to any legislative requirements set by Kuwait government authorities.
- Develop, gather and confirm projects’ specifications with internal and external stakeholders and parties.
- Coordinate and follow up on all phases of the bid preparation process.
- Fully responsible for the proposal and tendering of various projects as per the business operational needs and requirements.
- Develop standardized structured documents to handle suppliers’ databases, price lists & quotations, service/product selection, and technical specifications.
- Implement all related tendering activities and deliverable's as identified by business operations and needs.
