Responsible for business plans (forecast, budgeting, buying etc.)
Driving business to achieve all sales targets including value, volume, and profitability

Manage and improve the operational systems, specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
Reviewing weekly and monthly market performance, P&L, KPI's, MS reports with management and with retail team.
