Position Overview :
Plays a key role in sales activities for new (dealership) vehicles to achieve/exceed targets through sales activities, secure new opportunities in domestic markets, maintaining excellent customer & supplier relations, ensuring proper invoicing and reporting sales activities on daily basis to the management
Duties:
• Maintains interactions with existing customers and develops new prospects with potential customers
• Ensures that all new vehicles are delivered to customers as per company standard and procedures
• Perform necessary sales tasks to achieve monthly financial targets and other related tasks to increase sales like evaluating sales campaign, revising administrative procedures, organizing new vehicle displays, arrangement, brochures, catalogues and other related sales merchandise
• Monitor the new vehicle’s showroom floor by maximizing space utilizing in the arrangement of demo vehicles to get maximum customer attraction
• Ensure the availability of all sales merchandise inside the vehicle showroom
• Prepare sales offers, vehicle pricing for customers, quotation and submission, negotiation with customers to secure the deal as instructed by the Senior Sales Manager
• Ensure that the vehicle ownership transfers, cancellations of insurance policies and related legal issues of sold vehicles are done in due time as per the company policy
• Monitor reports, records and sales documents of the Sales Executives
