• Get the job briefs from the account managers/sales staffs to Identifies and prepare estimation & quotations based on labor, material, and time requirements on the system
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure that the estimated cost is matching with the production process requirements.
• Keep the materials costs updated and coordinate with the procurement department to get the best prices list.
• Prepare quotations and Job orders
• Prepare BOQs related to interiors jobs
• Set the job cycle/processing steps to reduce the costs.
• Replace the Admin staff and do his jobs in his absence.
• Provide the management with required daily/weekly reports
