- Communicates with drivers’ foreman when there is a need for dispatching vehicles and to pick up breakdown vehicles.
- Effectively utilizes drivers and control and prioritizes their movements.
- Ensures that drivers have valid driving license and make follow ups with Admin Support for timely renewal.
- Ensures that all drivers comply with safety and operational policies and procedures of the Company as well as the Kuwait State Traffic Law.
- Receives and ensures that all dispatchers respond to incoming calls politely and provide customer assistance; ensures proper dispatch vehicles when customers call during breakdowns.
- Ensures that cars are delivered to customers’ on the same day itself, any delays shall be reported to Workshop Supervisor in writing.
- Checks that all maintenance requests are attended within 2 hours, delays for attending requests shall be informed to Service supervisor in timely manner.
- Maintains adequate number of replacement fleets and provide correct replacements whenever required, as per the contract.
- Maintains & updates preventive maintenance schedule for all company fleet and ensures that the completion of the same, is exactly as per the schedule. Informs customers about due services and make follow ups for vehicle availability.
- While receiving vehicles, check properly for damages, missing, or for any other discrepancies and inform supervisors of any.
- Ensures that customer’s personal belongings are not kept inside the vehicle.
- Log in cases through the system for break down repairs.
- Ensures the availability of all required documents such as police report; copies of civil id, driver’s license etc. in case of accidents and pass to service reception.
- Check the cleanliness of vehicle before delivery.
- Checks & ensures that all items are available as is, at the time when vehicle was received.
- Prepares relevant reports as required.
- Performs related responsibilities as required or assigned.
