Needed for a reputable Children’s Autism services provider, we require an experience finance and accounts professional with excellent communication skills, to join our team. A minimum of a bachelors degree in finance or a related field is required, along with 5 years experience.
The successful candidate will be required to perform the following tasks and duties:
• Create monthly client invoices for distribution
• Accounts receivable/payable journal entries, bank and general ledger reconciliation
• Payroll
• Pay internal and external suppliers and maintain receipts/invoices, inc. management of petty cash
• Profit and Loss, Cashflow and balance sheet preparation and analysis reporting
• Contact clients with overdue accounts and report monthly
• Help with creation of annual budget, and manage monthly budget spending
• Liaise with auditors to prepare annual audit
• Advise directors on best practices and help develop policies for smooth financial operations
