To lead and supervise Key Account Managers and activities in the consumer electronics home appliance category. To achieve sales target and other related KPI including but not limited to Sales Target, AR Collection, Bad Stock, and Key Accounts team skill improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with Key Account Managers (KAM’s) in order to successfully position the Home Appliances product portfolio and align sales strategy;
- Establish high-level as well as tactical relationships with organized retail channels;
- Defines markets, market potentials and appropriate sales strategies;
- Partners with OR channels to plan strategies, provide quality products, train promoters, and provide support necessary for attainment of common goals and objectives;
- Develop and implement sales goals, budget, objectives and staffing for defined category;
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development;
- Track sales levels against targets and produce sales forecasts for upcoming months;
- Monitor sales made through different channels and produce detailed reports for senior management;
- Following up with Key Account Managers on weekly stock and sales review;
- Working closely with finance on reconciliations of statements when required;
- Carry out research and identify potential new channels in order to increase company market share.
