• Awareness & understanding of applicable Codes & Standards
• Experience in process design of Refinery, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pipeline projects in an EPC environment
• Experience in developing Basis of design, Process Description and Control Philosophy, Process Simulation and H&MB Report, etc.
• Experience in PFD and P&ID development, equipment sizing, and system hydraulic calculations.
• Experience in preparation of Line list, Utility Balance, Relief and Blowdown study
• Knowledge about the development of process datasheet equipment’s such as columns, vessels, pumps etc.
• Knowledge about the development of Instruments datasheet
• Knowledge in HAZOP/HAZID/SIL participation and follow up
• Knowledge in Vendor data review
• Possess good knowledge of industrial and company standards (design guidelines) such as API, Shell DEP's, NORSOK, etc.
• Ensure quality adherence with Company ‘s quality document
• Trained in/working knowledge of software applications like ASPEN, Pro-II and similar tools.
• Knowledge about the Pipeline simulation software as Pipeline studio/PIPESIM.
• Knowledge of EPC/EPCM projects.
• Exposure in multitasking working environment
• Proficient with MS Office suite like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.
• Trained in/working knowledge of software applications like HYSYS, Flare Network Analysis, Flow Master, etc.,
