• Specifying project objectives and plans including delineations of scope, budgeting, scheduling, setting performance requirements and selecting project participants.
• Maximizing resource efficiency through procurement of labour, materials and equipment
• Implementing of various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction in the entire process.
• Developing effective communications and mechanism for resolving conflicts.
• Responsible for leading team member of engineers.
• Responsible for supervising every step of project and make sure that all the terms and conditions are followed.
• Is responsible to do the work per environmental standards and make sure for the safety points are considered as per rules and regulations
