Position Overview
Lead Online Marketing for Xcite.com Website, App and Mobile website, covering SEM, SEO, Display, Affiliate, Social, Email, & other. Should be able to drive campaigns covering the entire consumer life cycle: Branding and Awareness > Engagement > Conversion > Acquisition > Retention.
Essential Job Roles:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Lead a team of 5-6 persons comprising of Marketing Analysts and Graphic designers to drive Online Marketing for Xcite.com Website, App and Mobile website.
• Co-ordinate with merchandising team to understand upcoming promotions, tactical campaigns, New Arrivals etc. to formulate Campaigns.
• Drive campaigns on SEM, SEO, Display, Affiliate, Social, Email, as well as other channels covering the entire consumer life cycle: Branding and Awareness > Engagement > Conversion > Acquisition > Retention.
• Plan weekly and monthly budgets and Manage / optimize marketing spends on channels based on ROI and other campaign objectives.
• Bring in new approaches, new marketing tools in line with latest industry trends to maximize visibility while optimizing spends.
• Fully exploit all Google programs (analytics, adwords, adsense, adexchange etc.)
• Look out for new tools, plugins and partnerships to enhance the marketing strength of the business.
