• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.

• Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
• Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with sales and development manager.

• To co-ordinate and control all complaints, resolving and acting upon them, and where unresolved, to draw the attention of the department or person responsible to the matter, reporting to them in writing, and thereafter following it up to ascertain that the complaint (or suggestion) is resolved.
• To occupy and be responsible for the customer facing information points and act as the key representative for the Mall Manager in
facing internal & external customers.
