Employee Management
1).Recruits, selects and onboards all staff. 2).Maintains employee records including immigration files
3).Monitors and evaluates employee performance
4).Assures appropriate staffing levels are 5).maintained and staff has needed facilities and supplies
6).Responsible for employee residences, transfers and renewals
Local/Internal Organization Management
1).Ensures safety, security and adequacy of office facility
2).Monitors company fleet vehicles
3).Maintains all files and records according to established protocols
4).Prepares and files management reports as required
5).Renews documentation, accreditation and licensure as required by Ministry of Communication and others
Accounting and Financial Management
1).Responsible and accountable for financial performance of the Kuwait operations
2).Oversees and approves general ledger entries including A/P, A/R and reconciliations
3).Manages financial auditing and verifies audit result
4).Serves as point of contact with local financial institutions
5).Budgets, forecasts and performs variance analysis
Customer and External Relationship Management
1).Maintains and develops customer relationships, presentations, proposals, negotiations, contracts and compliance
2).Expands customer and vendor base
3).Maintains relationships with regulatory authorities
4).Manages vendor relationships, procurements and device quality
5).Resolves disputes
