1).High level support in sourcing for Consumer / Enterprise and Wholesale vacancies (Director level and below)
2).First level screening of potential candidates and sharing feedback with TM Director
3).Interview coordination with prospect candidates (locally and internationally based)
4).Feedback compilation, employment file compilation, pre-offer file preparation for candidates
5).Managing relationships with RA and coordinating interviews with RA candidates.
6).Any other task / responsibility as assigned by TM Director
