Actively contribute in developing the sales and operations strategy for the company in line with business plan / objective set by the executive management.
Design and develop the business plans in the areas of strategic, sales, Marketing, Operational, IT infrastructure, technology platforms, business applications, travels and tourism, airlines and aviation, financial and compliance.
Continuously monitor and report identified strategic, financial, and operational to proactively mitigate the risk or arrive at practical solution for uncontrollable business risks.
Lead and direct weekly team meetings to discuss progress and emerging issues.
Lead new initiatives for developing and documenting standards methodology for planning, executing audits, monitoring progress, resolving issues etc.
