Responsibilities:
• Receive sales documents, firm orders and LPOs from Rental Car department.
• Check the stock requests from Fleet department /and all showrooms in order to invoice the available stock against the stock requests.
• Reserve the balance units from scheduled shipments/orders.
• Prepare Report/orders for balance units for management review and due approvals.
• Prepare Sales Orders, Invoices and requests for special discount authorization/s (if any).
• Assist in the traffic registration of vehicles by providing all mandatory documents.
• Follow up on vehicle registration and inform Rental Car department to collect vehicles.
• Receive the Petty Cash for the purchase of revenue stamps for Traffic department and submit the reconciliations on a periodic basis.
• Follow up on PDI completion for regular and special requirement orders.
• Prepare the Monthly Invoice Report and LPO Statement.
